Meatloaf-    Pork, beef,,egg, chicken and beef base, ketchup, A1 , chives, onion, garlic and pepper.

Burgers- 8oz. seasoned with Calgary seasoning

Chicken breast - 8 oz chicken breast

Chicken Tenders- ( 3 oz) 3 for dinner,3 for an appetizer, 2 in a kids meal

Chicken Salad -white pepper , celery ,mayo

Chop Steak- 12oz seasoned

Filet- 5-6 oz

Grouper- is Red Grouper Fresh from the Gulf of Mexico 7.5-8 oz (fresh only when in season)

Liver- 7-8 oz Seasoned Breading ( liver dust)

Country Froed Steak- 11 oz

Lobster- Cold Water Atlantic 3-4 oz each

Tuna  and Chicken Salad- celery, mayo, white pepper, lemon and salt

Turkey- Fresh oven roasted Breast(no wings or drums) no dark meat

Salmon-  Cold water 7-8 oz Farm Raise Fresh from currently from  Chili

Shrimp -  14 for dinner , 7 in pasta , 6 as a side and 3 as a side

Soups- are all made with Chicken or Beef Stock
